Domain registration did not complete because Enom acct didn't have enough funds

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction because Enom support just passes the buck.

 

I had a domain name registration come through my site, but, I didn't have enough funds in my Enom account.

 

So, the person paid their money, I refilled my account immediately (stupid mistake, I know--but still learning this process) and now, I want to push the domain name registration through.

 

I connected Enom, they said contact my reseller. I thought Enom was my reseller??

 

Or, is WHMCS the reseller?

 

Anyone have this issue before?

If you've got an account via WHMCS then they are the direct reseller. I don't quite see what the issue is though based on the information you've provided - you've now topped up your account so why can't you just submit the domain registration again?

You'll find the domain registration pending within WHMCS. Locate the domain (under the clients profile), make sure that enom is set as the registrar and then click the register button. The rest is automated.

1st-line support for your domain issues is supposed to be from whomever provided you the enom account - you can lookup the details from the help pages at http://www.enom.com
