Piping Issue!!

Recommended Posts

I have watched the video on email piping and read some of the posts on this board, but Im having an issue tha I cannot figure out.

here we go..

For my tech support Im using the email new@mysite.com

in my cPanel forwarder i put in the address support@mysite.com and pasted the code that is shown in WHMCS ..

I did a test support ticket and I receive literally 34 emails!!!! from one ticket!!

What could be causing this? and does it look as if I have this set up proper?

THank you
