WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 26, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 26, 2010 When replying, ensure the message is being sent to your support department email address.
nhbmark
When replying, ensure the message is being sent to your support department email address. So Do I have to manually enter this in when replying to an email?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 28, 2010 Well your email client should do it automaticlaly, but if not, it's worth checking.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 28, 2010 The reply address should be the email address of your support department NOT the client's address.
nhbmark
ok help me on this.. Im confused.. back to basics.... My forwarder address in cPanel is the same as the support address correct? when I reply to ticket which is sent ot my email, it would go to my support address and then sent to the client? is this what you are saying ?? Thank you John
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 29, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 29, 2010 Yes, you send the email to your support address. This will then be piped by WHMCS, added to the ticket, and the reply sent to your client. You don't need to email the client directly, WHMCS does this for you.
