Wiredremix
I have 3 installs of whmcs and on each of them we have a issue, When you go to general configuration the page looses all css styling and starts to time out. Is this a common problem with the latest version? 2 installs have been running a while, while the 3rd install is a fresh install with nothing changed from default, yet all have the same issue. Wiredremix
Nope, after updating apache, ioncube loaders and php still exactly the same thing. Everything else in all menus works fine, but as soon as i click the general settings tab it times the connection out.
Wiredremix
Update to anyone else that has this problem. We heard back from support that this is apparently due to a conflict between Ioncube and the latest PHP 5.3 release when the script tries to check for a directory which isn't there by default, so just adding a folder called support inside the /modules/ folder resolves it. Thanks to whmcs support.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 18, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 18, 2010 This issue is caused by Ioncube and PHP 5.3. To resolve immediately simply create a /modules/support/ folder.
