webolution Posted March 30, 2010 Share Posted March 30, 2010 I'm trying to send an email to all users with a domain name in the system. When I go to Clients >> Mass Mail Clients and choose 'Domain' for Email Type, 'Active' for client status, and 'Active' for Domain Status, and then click compose message, I'm met with an error: "No Recipients The criteria selected for this email has resulted in no recipients which means it cannot be sent" I also tried it by selecting all client statuses (Active, Inactive and Disabled) - it doesn't work either. No clients are found at all. In the side panel under Quick Links, it has some basic client stats - both "Active Clients" and "Active Domains" are working fine as they have the total numbers listed there. v4.1.2 I should note that the Mass Mail Clients functionality for "General" and "Product/Service" are working fine - its just when selecting "Domain" 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
