Ian Barton
I'm getting a 'Registrar Error - Website does not exist' when going to a domain in WHMCS that I added (following the instructions in the 'Manual Domain Only Entry' section of the documentation). I've checked that the password for the domain registrar is set correctly in Setup | Domain Registrars. Other domains in WHMCS that are registered to the same registrar work OK (i.e. without giving an error). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hypertoast
I am getting the below error on some of the domains which I am trying to add manually for my customer (in this case the customer is myself). Registrar Error: Website doesn't exist for abc.com This happens for more than half the domains which I am trying to add in WHMCS. I have over 50 domains in my portfolio at ResellerClub. Because I am able to see some other domains and manage them through WHMCS, i really do not know where am I going wrong. Thanks in advance for your help.

ski
I have the same message. Wasn't sure what it was referring to. But after reading this thread, I think it is still because they are still in transfer status. I will wait until the transfer completes and check it again to see if there is any change.
