  1. I've had this error occur when WHMCS has tried to renew a domain. When it happens, the expiry date seems to stay as it was but the next due date gets updated to the next time the domain would require renewing. Any help in sorting this error out would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Thanks for the reply, John. Opening a ticket now.
  3. Thanks for the help...its back up and OK now. I'm wondering if it just took a little while to filter through once the invoice was marked as paid.
  4. I am getting the following error when I try to log into WHMCS... ======================================================================= Your license key Owned-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is invalid. Possible reasons for this include: * An incorrect license key has been used * The IP Address your system is using has changed * The domain you are using has changed * The directory you are using has changed You can reissue your license from the WHMCS client area to save the new IP, Domain & Directory settings and get your WHMCS system working again. Got a new license key? Click here to enter it ======================================================================= As far as I am aware, nothing has changed...it worked a day or so ago, now it doesn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I'm going away for a few days, so won't be able to post a reply until Monday.
  5. I'm getting a 'Registrar Error - Website does not exist' when going to a domain in WHMCS that I added (following the instructions in the 'Manual Domain Only Entry' section of the documentation). I've checked that the password for the domain registrar is set correctly in Setup | Domain Registrars. Other domains in WHMCS that are registered to the same registrar work OK (i.e. without giving an error). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  6. Thanks for the reply mojowill. I've been into Products & Services...there's no Activate button, but there is an Unsuspend..I've clicked that and it says 'Service Unsuspended Successfully', but the website is still going to a holding page wanting renewal of the domain name. The domains have been renewed (through WHMCS) and a whois shows the correct expiry date. How do I manually re-activate in cpanel/whm/plesk?
  7. Hi All, I've inherited the running of a hosting company that uses WHMCS and as such should be treated as a complete newbie on the workings of WHMCS. I'm having a problem with a domain that has been renewed, but the actual website is still offline (I'm assuming that WHMCS has suspended the website because the invoice was unpaid). Originally, the client tried to pay but we were having problems with our payment page (which is now sorted out), but in an effort to get the client back up and running, I marked the outstanding invoice as paid in the hope that that would bring the website back up again...it hasn't. Any help with sorting this out would be greatly appreciated.
