SSL Certificate Configuration Required - eMails not showing link

I am having issues with trying to get the SSL Certificate Configuration Required email to work correctly.


The email comes through but there is no link in there for the customer.


Is there actually a step by step method for getting this working?

This is what I have in the SSL Certificate Configuration Required email:


Dear {$client_name},


Thank you for your order for an SSL Certificate. Before you can use your certificate, it requires configuration which can be done at the URL below.




Instructions are provided throughout the process but if you experience any problems or have any questions, please open a ticket for assistance.
