SSL Certificate Configuration Required - eMails not showing link

I am having issues with trying to get the SSL Certificate Configuration Required email to work correctly.

 

The email comes through but there is no link in there for the customer.

 

Is there actually a step by step method for getting this working?

Can you confirm you have the following merge field in your SSL Certificate Configuration Required email template:

This is what I have in the SSL Certificate Configuration Required email:
