Import Email As Support Ticket

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I sometimes get emails for support to my email system that bypass WHMCS as the email address was used before I installed the script.


Is there any way to have emails imported into the WHMCS ticket system as new or answers to existing tickets?
