edercoll
That's it. I dont have time to setup a test account in order to find out, as I have quite a few clients to bring over to WHMCS. If I register a new client and order a product for him, the due date for the invoice will be the actual day + the grace period set under General Settings. If I manually change the due date for that first invoice, and the product is set to have the charges recurring every three months, will the due date for the recurring invoices be based on the new set due date for the first invoice or will it keep the same inicial due date before the change? If that is so, can I assume that recurring invoices are based on the product sign up date? I'd appreciate some quick input. Thanks! WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted March 8, 2010 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted March 8, 2010 The first recurring invoice will be based on the next due date. That will be the due date of the invoice (so it will be generated according to your Invoice Days setting).
