Damainman Posted March 5, 2010 Share Posted March 5, 2010 Hello, I have an employee and I only want him to have access to the Knowledgebase to edit and add new articles. 1. I created a new Admin role called "Knowledgebase Operator" 2. I unchecked all the permissions except "Manage Knowledgebase" The problem with this is when the user logs in via mywebsite.com/billing/admin they get the following error: You do not have the required permission to perform the selected operation! Action: Main Homepage They need to manually paste the following link in the browser to get to the knowledge base page: - mywebsite.com/billing/admin/supportkb.php I don't want him to have access to the "Main Homepage" because it list too many stats, and allows him to perform some actions on the shortcuts left box.
