Domain Registration Pending

I have hosting orders set to pending on approval but if a client orders a domain only it is automatically processed. How can I change that so it is also pending?

In domain pricing select none as the registrar then on the order you can select the registrar of your choice when you accept the order.

The domain will auto process only if it has been paid

Is there a way you can have the domain auto-renew without the invoice being paid.

 

Maybe something like an accounts payment method?

We usually have our customers sign an authority to renew letter in advance and then bill them later as per the account terms.

And what if you use multiple registrars? You would have to go and look up which one is for that extension then return to the order to select one. Seems like a waste of time to me. IMHO, no action should be taken on ANY item in the order until accepted. Then use whatever settings for each item: Use server#3 for the hosting account (default for that product) and use Registrar ABC for the domain name (default for that product).

You can set the automation on a per produce and per domain basis. Certain products/domains in the order can be automated whilst others require manual intervention. It's very flexible.
