spellinn Posted February 27, 2010 Share Posted February 27, 2010 If I cancel a fraudulent order, the manual tasks associated with registering the domains (I have auto-registration disabled for obvious reasons) are not removed when I cancel the order and mark it as fraudulent. spellinn Posted March 1, 2010 Author Share Posted March 1, 2010 Because I have manual registration configured, once the order is submitted a manual task gets created for the domain registrations, even if the order has not been approved. I would expect the manual tasks to be created only if a) I approved the order and b) I didn't click on the "sent to registra" at the time of approving the order As it is, I have to go in and manually delete the tasks after marking an order fraudulent.
