  1. Fully agree with this. At present I don't see any way that WHMCS can help me comply with the new data validation rules that Nominet have introduced. Sounds like an opportunity for a third party module developer to fill that gap? Regards Neil
  2. Does anyone know if it's possible to display a pricing table for multi-year domain registrations via the feed? The example given only lists single year registrations. Many thanks Neil
  3. With only four days to go, this doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. Fingers crossed.
  4. It's getting too close to comfort. I'd want several days to test the new module before deploying into our live environment, and time is fast running out. If I don't get the new module in by the 9th, by business is dead: 90% of my domains are with Nominet. Regards Neil
  5. I think for something like this they should release a module compatible (and tested) with previous WHMCS releases. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to upgrade to the latest code release just to maintain working registrar support, especially as this changed was announced by Nominet so long ago, so it's not like they didn't know it was coming.
  6. I just had my a custmer register my first 1 year registration..also failed with a "command syntax error". Support ticket opened. Cheers Neil
  7. I'm guessing there's been no progress judging by the lack of responses to the original posts. Shame - a XenServer module would be very useful. If I had the time I'd develop my own... Regards Neil
  8. Can no one answer any of the above? Regards Neil
  9. Because I have manual registration configured, once the order is submitted a manual task gets created for the domain registrations, even if the order has not been approved. I would expect the manual tasks to be created only if a) I approved the order and b) I didn't click on the "sent to registra" at the time of approving the order As it is, I have to go in and manually delete the tasks after marking an order fraudulent. Cheers Neil
  10. If I cancel a fraudulent order, the manual tasks associated with registering the domains (I have auto-registration disabled for obvious reasons) are not removed when I cancel the order and mark it as fraudulent. Is this a bug? Regards Neil
  11. I've just had my first experience of using the quotation module and have some comments/questions. 1. If I choose one of my plans from the drop-down list, the price that is entered is the monthly fee. I would expect the setup fee would be the figure used on the quotation as that's what would be charged for a new account setup? 2. Nowhere on the quotation does it allow me to specify whether I want to bill the client monthly or annually, and thus what amount should be used on the quotation. If the client thinks the figure quoted is annual, when in fact it's monthly this could lead to a big argument when it comes to invoicing time! It would be good if having selected the product, another drop-down gave a list of the possible billing periods configured for that product, and then entered the corresponding price. 3. Following on from #2, when the quotation is converted to an invoice, and the account created, what is the billing cycle set to? 4. It's annoying that tax isn't added by default. We tax everything we sell, so having to set it manually each time is a PITA. 5. The ability to add product line items without keep saving the form would be welcome. Regards Neil
  12. OK I've setup the cc address in the "Invoice created" email template, however WHMCS appears to ignore this and only send new invoices to the account holder. Should I log a support ticket? Cheers Neil
  13. Perfect - exactly what I was looking for! Cheers Neil
  14. I've searched the forum and Wiki and can't see a way of doing this. My accountant enters all purchase invoices into my accounting package. My old billing system used to copy her on each email it generated and sent out, but I can't see a way to do this in WHMCS. Is it possible? Regards Neil
  15. I'm looking at moving from AWBS and want to know what the import script will bring across out of the following: - Client details (logins, passwords, personal details) - Hosting packages (disc space, features etc) - Clients' domains (inc renewal dates) - Clients' hosting (inc disc space, bandwidth usage) - Hosting extras (upgrades etc) - Resellers Cheers Neil
