Would like an update as well. And yes, I realize this is an old thread. I apologize if there is a new one somewhere.

I have begun work on a XenServer 5.6 WHMCS Provisioning module. Unlike others I plan on completing this module and offering it to the public for a small fee. I would like to gather input on features that would be beneficial to your organization. It will start out with basic features such as Start, Stop, Reboot, Suspend and other basic functions. Looking forward to your hearing your ideas!

Also stopping by to give my support for an Android App. Would be very appreciated. My employees and I would love to have something like this for our Google Phones.

I also would be willing to pay for Citrix XenServer 5.6 support.

I just noticed the exact same problem... It seems to only create tickets at random. Not for all emails, just some.
