Hi,

first of all sorry for my bad english writing its not my first language .... My question i think is simple ...

We currently have :

domain.ca its show prices in Canadian dollar, we accept credit card (psigate) and Paypal

domain.fr its show prices in Euro, but client is bill in Canadian dollar, we accept Credit card (psigate) and Paypal

What i want to do :

domain.ca : no modification

domain.fr : show price in Euro, not updated with a script its fixed price and bill the client in Euro with Paypal

Simple ?

Can i have 2 differents currency for the same product ? remember fixed price, i dont want the Euro price to be updated if the rate change

domain.fr only see the Paypal payement option.

Thanks for your time and support !

  • WHMCS Support Manager

If the "Product Prices" option in unticked in Setup > Automation Settings then all the prices system-wide will be fixed price.

All products must have a price set in both currencies, it is not possible to have:

domain .ca: Pricing in Canadian dollars only

domain .fr: Pricing in Euros only.

It must be:

domain .ca: Pricing in Canadian dollars AND Euros

domain .fr: Pricing in Canadian dollars AND Euros

Hi John,

Thanks for your answer ... i last one :

under domain.fr can i accept ONLY PAYPAL ?

and

under domain.ca can i accept Credit Card (psigate) and Paypal ?

Because im using Psigate as payment gateway and our account is in CAD, i think i cannot sent to the gateway a amount in Euro.

Regards,

  • 5 months later...

when you set up PSIgate it is for what your store is .. so i assume CAD - you can set up the gatway to convert to Euro on check out and will use the Dual currency within WHMCS to calculate that based on the cron jobs you have to obtain that conversion?
