tracedef
We don't use paypal accept for customers in Canada. For some reason, when users click on the Paypal link on our invoices, they are telling us they never get a subscription option when they log into Paypal, which means they have to login each month to pay their invoice. We have the "force subscriptions" button checked as well.... Anyone have any ideas why our users don't see a subscription option?
D-Litz
What are your settings under Admin > Setup > Payment Gateways > PayPal
tracedef
We have "Force Subscriptions" and "Modify Subscritptions" checked and "Force One Time Payments" unchecked. All other API related fields are filled out with API info...
D-Litz
The only one I have checked is Allows subscribers to modify their current subscriptions or sign up for new ones The other two are unchecked. However, and I cant seem to find it now. There is a thread on subscriptions only showing up on or before the invoice due date. Once the due date has passed the only option is regular PayPal. This may have something to do with the late payment settings.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 27, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 27, 2010 Yes, they must pay the invoice on or before the due date to create a subscription to prevent it from always recurring late and possibly incurring late fees for example every time.
