yogusmilu
Hello There are 3 options when we used to register in WHMCS like domain registeration, domain transfer and I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain. The problem is that customers are able to created an account using the first and second option automatically. But unable to create account using third option automatically . Ithere is no username and password in "My Service" area for the client.Although its working fine for previous two options. I have checked the server settings as well as General Settings>Domain. All things are well. What could be the reason . I think WHM is not getting command to setup a new account for the third option automatically. Or may be there is some other reason . Waiting for your answers . Thanks Yogusmilu
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 26, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 26, 2010 It shouldn't make any difference. Do you see any error message in Utilities > Activity Log when trying to create one of these orders?

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 1, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 1, 2010 I think we'd need to take a look at your installation, if eligible please open a support ticket with your admin login details for us to take a look.
OnTarget600
Was this resolved? I had this issue until I realised I still needed to enter a domain name which I think defeats the purpose of registering your own later. I have no idea why the dropdown box for the domain extension disappear when taking that option seeing as it is still required.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 10, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 10, 2010 The client can select the 'update nameservers' option, then register the domain later.
OnTarget600
The client can select the 'update nameservers' option, then register the domain later. I must have something broken then because that is what I was talking about. When selecting the 'update nameservers' option you cannot continue without entering a domain name.
othellotech
When selecting the 'update nameservers' option you cannot continue without entering a domain name. Thats correct, they have to tell you which domain you are going to host ...
