TLD error

Just above on the forum menu there is a link that can help you with that.

The link is 3rd from the right and in between "New Posts" and "Quick Links"

Try there first and then come back with more info so that someone can help you better.

(Usually best to supply a link so that the error can be seen easily or even a screenshot)

More that likely it will be a template upgrade needed.

Ensure you leave the Billing Cycle and Product Dropdowns at their default values (Monthly and None).

I am having the same exact issue, i cant understand what is wrong with my config.

I am using OpenSRS. Has anyone setup OpenSRS in their WHMCS ?

I try to submit manual order and from this page "/admin/ordersadd.php" i get the message

"Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration"

template issue ? something changed in the API ?

By memory this was an error in the default cart template on the first V4 . (change to web20cart and the error should be gone)

First ensure that you have your domain pricing set correctly.

If ok then update the orderforms/default templates to the latest

This shouldn't be a template issue, just either selecting something wrong on the order form or don't have domain pricing configured for that length.

Attach a screenshot of the order screen + domain pricing popup before submitting the order and we can take a look.

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply. I cant really see what I am selecting wrong. Doing this from the Admin panel I goto;

Orders > Place new order >

then i select "Register" from Domains and choose 1 year (default) I dont change anything else.

click "submit order" and i get that message.

I dont have any pop before submitting ?

below is my pricing chart in Domain Prices.

Ok... so I ran into this problem as well and it is as stupid on my part as it could be... when trying to setup a domain but not actually register it, you go through and set everything as expected EXCEPT the domain name field (which right next to it says "check availability") you must put the domain you are trying to do in that field.

I read the directions and it didn't say it (although it does seem obvious now!) and the "check availability" piece threw me a curve as well... at the end of the day I was under the impression that AFTER I did all that other stuff it would ask for the domain name... but indeed I was incorrect...

hope this helps!
