Cannot access admin?

Hi,

 

I've installed WHMCS and there seemt o have no istallation issue. When I wen to the the admin link. The system performed some checks and displayed:

 

Local Key Validation: 1

Remote Check Completed

 

Now that's all I see on my admin page, thus I'm not able to access the system at all. My installation folder is at:

 

mydomain.com//Billing/whmcs/admin/

 

That's where I tried to access the admin. Ioncube was also installed on that whmcs folder. Any ideas anyone?

I had this problem once. Are you using an SSL connection?

 

And I had this problem when my PHP 5 handler was DSO I believe. If you have direct control of the server, rebuild apache and configure it to use SuEXEC and SuPHP.

 

Also, Ioncube is operating otherwise it wouldn't have come up with that in the first place.

 

Another thing to try is to put

$display_errors = true;

inside your configuration.php file 'mydomain.com//Billing/whmcs/configuration.php' and see if the page is displaying any potential errors.
