  1. Same problem here, seems WHMCS aren't updating this issue either for the time being at least..
  2. Looks great, if I had any advice though.. I would make the background a fixed image so when you scroll it does not move. This can be simply achieved by using background-attachment: fixed; css class. Regards, Chris.
  3. Second that, the most likely cause of this is user negligence. Now you could get anyone who logs into that WHMCS to run a deep AV scan but as anyone with a background in security would know - Any half decent hacker will be clever enough to crypt their files hiding it from antivirus. Now with little disrespect to you or your client, WHMCS is the backbone of much bigger companies - I doubt if they have found an exploit or injection point with WHMCS that they would be targetting a reseller based web host.
  4. Thanks webhostau much appreciated feedback. Roger what exactly do you mean by the location of it? Regards, Chris.
  5. Thanks for your feedback.. Is it displaying as below the input fields as that is where it should be? Regards, Chris.
  6. A few of you who linger around this area may recognise this site from previous posts a while back I developed a custom website and have worked on that for a bit and made some minor changes to the cart. Just recently I felt the need to make a change to the cart to attempt to improve overall usability etc. It is now an active cart however I would love for any feedback that could help improve this even more and your thoughts on the design, usability, layout etc would be greatly appreciated! Go ahead and place an order on the cart - https://nc-designs.co.uk/cart.php (Just don't follow all the way through ) Look forward to your feedback!
  7. I purchased the WHMCS live chat module after using LiveZilla for the past few years. I found that the benefits of the WHMCS version did not outweigh the benefits of LiveZilla and was back to using LiveZilla within a week. I am afraid I struggle to rate the WHMCS Live Chat and the Stardevelop interface.
  8. Really nice work. So clean and not a template That's what I like to see!
  9. I would speak to whmcsintegration.com - This is a hosting template that has been seen many times before. Kind Regards, Chris.
  10. Would reccomend NetEarthOne over any registrar.. have been using them for a long time (3rd year now) and they have great support, really nice guys. Have tried other registrars before these guys including enom and it's just not the same. Only problem is .co.uk DNS changes take some time as it's not done in real time and some domain transfers don't work very well through the WHMCS panel. I hope this helps you, Chris.
  11. Or you could just use {if $loggedin} Display Page{else}Redirect{/if} Surely?
  12. Good work and nice integration although I think the red background makes it just too red. Maybe have a look at changing the bg to a nice clean looking graphic that suits your colour scheme.
  13. Yeah, i'm not really feeling it to be honest. You should change the menu also to change colour rather than go bold. And customise the actual WHMCS side of things considerably.
  14. People who say LiveZilla is unreliable, it rock solid reliable unless the server you are using is unreliable. The software they use is great and they update often. To be honest, it is a surprise LiveZilla is free, they are great. Highly customisable and you can even pipe your clients details (Details saved on WHMCS system) through to chat if you know how to do it! This is another great feature because if they use live support you have all of their details to hand such as client name, client email address, company name etc. Doesn't get better!
