Derek
Hello, we use website payments pro (apart of paypal) to accept direct credit card. Is there a way to calculate/add fees when a payment/order comes in ? As you are able to set it for google checkout.
aXeR
WHMCS does calculate the fee for Paypal doesn't it (my setup does anyway!). However If your asking how to add on a surcharge for paying by Paypal, I think you will find this is prohibited by Paypal.
merlinpa1969
Im not sure that WHMCS actually calculates the fee or just displays what is sent back from paypal

Website Payments Pro IS NOT Regular PayPal. It's direct credit card merchent/gateway.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 31, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 31, 2009 Fees are not recorded because PayPal Pro doesn't send them in the data returned via callback. Unlike the regular PayPal gateway which does (and is infact the only gateway to do that).

If it's owned/run by Paypal, then their T&C probably still prohibit you charging a fee.
CSNM-Carl
Do you still have to withdraw paypal pro funds manually from the standard paypal account?

From PayPal's Commercial Entity Agreement for PayPal Credit Card Funded Processing Services "Minimum or Maximum/Surcharges. Merchant agrees that it shall not set minimum or maximum transaction amounts or impose surcharges as a condition of honoring Visa and MasterCard cards."
