MikeDVB
root@server.domain.com - Subject Here - Blocked Potential Email Loop I can't seem to get this to work, even if I use POP import and I have the particular department set to *not* auto-respond. I just want some simple notifications to come into my helpdesk from various servers but I can't seem to get past the "Potential Email Loop" option... Is there any way to tweak this or disable it for a particular department?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 23, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 23, 2009 Is one of your support departments using the same email address as one of your administrators? This is the most common cause of email loops. Change your emails addresses.

And when an administrator opens a ticket this is the error: Ticket ID Not Found Not Blocked Potential Email Loop
