Collin1000
I have written a Twilio (http://www.twilio.com) integration script for WHMCS. Customers can call in and enter a ticket # or invoice # to see current status, get support, etc etc. I'll be releasing it in a few days for free, but before then, I need some people willing to help test it out. You'll need a twilio.com account (free trial sandbox works fine) and preferably offer phone support to your customers as well.

Daniel
I don't really understand what it is... Customers can call and view the status of what? Why would a WHMCS addon be needed to phone in for support? Does Twilio work internationally?
Collin1000
For those of you who *dont* know what Twilio is, You should check it out at twilio.com Basically, its automated support. It can perform basic tasks such as checking on invoice status, account status, can route customers to your support system, etc etc.

Collin1000
I'm very interesting in this, but I have to check how to implement Twilio in Belgium. They have outbound rates, but I dont think that inbound calls would work. Idk. Best to ask them. http://www.twilio.com/international-calling-rates im interested. where the beta test? i'll be happy to test it out To beta, send me a PM with your email address and domain you plan to use this on. You will need a twilio.com account in order to use this mod. Features right now include: *Cust. can get 24/7 automated ticket status *Cust. can get 24/7 automated invoice status *Cust. can be put on "hold" until you answer a phone for support *NEW: Using WHMCS Hooks, When a customer updates their phone number in WHMCS, they will get an automated phone call asking them to verify their details.
