Is It Possible to Use More Than Two Name Servers?

On our system we use three name servers. Is it possible to configure WHMCS to use three name servers?

This is not a train smash as I can think of some possible workarounds, but if possible it will save me some major DNS server re-architecture.

kindest regards,

Eugene

Thanks for the reply.

Strictly speaking we don't need it in the server setup section because we're using Plesk and for the Plesk templates already assigns DNS. However since it is a courtesy to send welcome e-mails with all name servers that we're using yes we will need it there.

We do however need it for the domain registration/manage section because we always use three name server for redundancy, so at present we can't effectively use the eNom module because it will only allow two.

kind regards,

Eugene

I think that this needs to be relocated to the feature requests forum.

To clarify my previous vote, I would like to see the features for up to 5 name servers to be implemented throughout the system, from order placement to client notification emails to client area / admin area domain sections.

Failing that, just adding the extra fields to the client area and admin area domain management sections would be a good start.

It would be nice to see additional nameservers, although they could be easily added manually to the setup email templates.

...which is not the point here.

I / we would need to be able to specify more than two nameserver for domain and account creation, which is not possible via templates.
