popcornmonsters
Hello all, I have a question about displaying knowledgebase articles that are not assigned a category. I deleted one of my categories that had articles underneath it. The problem is I want to delete all the articles that were in that category, but they do not show up in the admin, because it is not under a category. Is there anyway to show all the uncategorized articles in the admin, so that I can delete them. I do not want them to show up if someone does a search.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 16, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 16, 2009 No, you'd need to delete the orphaned articles directly the database.
apollo1
Good to know, thanks John. That should be flagged as a minor issue, as WHMCS should not allow you to delete the category if there are articles under it. To be able to easily delete it, and then have to make manual database mods to remove the articles seems a little dangerous.
