piyushjeswani
Hello, I bought reseller hosting from a host and it provides free WHMCS License to all resellers. Now, when setting my account, the admin of the Host installed WHMCS on my site using the IP and not Domain Name. At that time, my domain was not propagated to the nameservers of the host and the admin had to go, so what he did was using his IP, he installed WHMCS on my site. To make it clear: Suppose my domain is abc.com and i had given option to propagate domain to the nameservers of the host. It would take about 24 hours for the nameservers to get updated. As, the admin had to go what he did he logged in to my cpanel using IPaddress:2082 and he installed the WHMCS. And he entered the License key and the license should be valid on the domain name, instead he did it on the IP Address. So, now when i log in as admin in WHMCS and go to License Information: I get Valid Domain as: Ipaddress, http://www.Ipaddress How do i change this information so that valid domain is my domain that is abc.com I hope you understood and will help me Thanking you

Administrators WHMCS John Posted December 16, 2009 Administrators Share Posted December 16, 2009 With a Web Host Free Licence you would need to contact your webhost to make any changes to the licence's domain or IP address.
