Hi All, We've had a couple of occasions where hosting accounts have been accidentally terminated using the terminate module command in WHMCS, and I want to stop this. I can see that it's possible to enable/disable *all* modules commands ("Perform Module Command Operations") per admin role, but I want to see if I can disable *only* the terminate command. WHMCS documentation doesn't appear to be coughing up the answer. Thanks for your help, Ross -
Can you make a hook for a specific service terminated day? Or any module available for it? For example, I am selling business email and hosting both. But for business email, termination day needs 3 days but hosting need 1month/30 days. But for whmcs default system, only 1 day I can select.

Hello Guys, I would like to know about the terminated services in the profile, one the client has requested to remove those terminated services from the profile to show only active services from his clientarea, but the for the records we can't remove those services which was used in the past. I'm a little weary with the possibility of auto deleting the VPS servers. Can we disable this so we have to manually terminate any past due accounts? Hopefully with a global settings. -
Hello, I've come across an issue that whenever I click terminate on a cPanel based product, it just continues to spin with "working..." and never completes. Can anyone suggest what's wrong here? Thanks

Hi, I thought I would share that I managed to do this, and should help out others. The topic that did it for me. http://thereforei.am/2012/07/03/cancelling-subscriptions-created-with-paypal-standard-via-the-express-checkout-api/ So in the module I created under the function terminate. I used the API to get the product details of the service. This gave me the subscription ID.
