Client shows different package under WHM and client profile

Hi everyone, I created an account for a new client. I set them up with package 1. I later changed it to package 2, which shows fine in WHMCS client profile, however, in cPanel they are still provisioned with the original package. What do? Thanks. -
Hi One of my clients is trying to change his telephone number details and when changed the details are not saved. None of these fields are checked. Select any fields below that you want to prevent clients being able to edit from the client area: First Name Last Name Company Name Email Address Address 1 Address 2 City State/Region Postcode Country Phone Number Tested this with my Client Area and got the same result as the client: Enter phone number. Save changes. Taken back to home page. Number has not changed.
