  1. After getting the email, I was fine with the $39.95/month for unlimited users but today I visited the page and saw that the pricing is now tier priced starting at $44.95 for 500-1000 clients and goes up from there. I'm am now not happy as I was with my previous post.
  2. Honestly this just puts them in a bad light. I could understand if they're innovating and adding features that the community wants this would be fine. But it took how many years to allow users to belong to/access multiple accounts? The features that are prioritized and worked on are revenue generators for WHMCS. One of the things that kills me every time there's an update is finding small bugs in things that I would think would be thoroughly tested before release. If that email came out saying here's how they're innovating, improving, what to expect for new features in the next 6 months, and this is why we can't continue this pricing model it would be different but it didn't.
  3. Thanks for letting me know. I just went with the additional cron for now.
  4. Can WHMCS confirm if they fixed the date formatting so it will adhere to the format in the settings?
  5. I was having the same issue and got the same response from WHMCS support. I called Enom and they informed me that they were having issues on their end since yesterday and that it was fixed about 2 hours ago. I have tested and confirmed that the syncs are now working.
  6. You can't with addons. Others have suggested to use configurable options instead even though it's not really the best solution. There are multiple feature requests that you can upvote so maybe they get more attention, https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/product-addons-billing-cycle
  7. FlexiHost, we did a couple of weeks ago, thanks for suggestion.
  8. I'm trying to make fewer steps for customers to login to cpanel when they log in. What I am trying to do is on the Home page that shows the invoices and open tickets is add their products from the my services page and replace the view details button with the login to cpanel from the view details page. Hopefully that makes since. I don't know how to call the info from those other pages to other pages.
  9. It would be nice to have an option on the client side next to the disable auto renew to not renew and stop email notifications.
  10. I see what you are saying, I'll take a look at that. Your site looks good by the way.
  11. I don't want to clog their tickets so I just created a post in the feature request section. http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=174952
  12. Yeah yeah, so it's not just me. I guess I should open a feature request then.
  13. Ok, that's what I did but if you look at the drop down it shows the price that will be added to the base price but there is no plus sign in front so to the customer it looks like I'm only charging $25 for 2 year when the case is it's actually adding that $25 to the base price to make it $50.
  14. I did set them up as Products -- then created configurable options for more than 1 year so I don't have 5 products for just the different years. I set it up the way Matt for the most part has in the wiki for Globalsign (http://wiki.whmcs.com/GlobalSign_SSL). He doesn't explain what he put for the price in the product and SSL isn't in the demo so I couldn't look.
  15. We were setting up Configurable options for Globalsign SSL's for the years. We set it up that the product has a one time charge of $25 then added the configurable options with 12|1 Year - $0 24|2 Years - $25 36|3 Years - $50 We did this because if we set the base price to $0 when you look at the products you see SSL for $0 then you select the year and it adds $25 which confuses the hell out of customers. So now when you see it you see it says $25 one time then you have the drop downs as below: The issue is it looks like they can get 2 years for only $25 also. The drop down should say +$25 so they know it's an addition to the base price. How is everyone else have theirs set up and am I doing it wrong or should this be a feature request?
