  1. Thank you guys for this post. I've been scratching my head, searching for answers for the last 48hrs since I upgraded to 5.3.7. I even performed a full reinstall and then re-migration of data and it only shows blank emails for all in 5.3.7. I'm using SMTP with 8-bit mail encoding as my Mail Type, so it seems its not limited as @havilahh stated. I think this should be addressed as a bug/ coding error and the WHMCS team should look into this, as it doesn't seem to be an isolated issue.
  2. Thanks, this will be very helpful, just received another spam message today, so annoying.
  3. How did you enable ajax to have a drop down w/ your product descriptions. I've been trying to figure that out for months, and is the only reason I haven't decided to use the ajax feature.
  4. I hope you plan on revamping your Privacy Policy to match the changes that you make, as many people have noted this could be a serious security loop hole. If you really want to help those customers, you should really consider reaching out to those customers and have them just setup a payment subscription through one of your gateways like PayPal.
  5. After talking to support, I realized the error was on my end, and not related to me upgrading my Plesk version. So from looking at your error code, please double check the value for state under client profile, of the particular client account that you are trying to setup for Plesk. You may have entered numbers or an incorrect character in the state text area. So please verify that and then try again. If your state is "New York", type that in or abbreviate it with "NY". Please let me know if that resolved your issue. prymtym: Double check that your domain templates are created in Plesk, and then verify that the names match identically in your WHMCS under Products/Services and then Module Settings. Let me know the results as well as your exact error code and I can assist you some more.
  6. What version of plesk are you currently using. I just recently upgraded one of my plesk servers to 9.3 and I get that error message when I create clients. I have any idea which I submitted to support regarding the issue. So I'll update you guys when I get a response, however my Plesk 9.2.3 servers still works fine with WHMCS.
  7. I totally agree with this article, I'm a strong Plesk control panel user, but when Parallels acquired MB, worst decision ever. Like the OP said, support died. I received a free account with MB (Plesk Billing) so that I could test their software, things seemed to be fine once I played around with the software, but when I ran into a problem, and contacted support it took weeks before I got a simple response to my ticket being opened, keep in mind that I was a potential customer. I opened a post on their forums to see if at least a user would respond, no reply for weeks, maybe to this date there is no reply to my post. A friend advised me to check out WHMCS, after the trial period, i was fascinated by ease of use, the official support, and the community who stands by the software, so I ended up purchasing the software and to this day I am still in love with it.
  8. Thanks for letting me know, I just finished reuploading the same files that I used during my first attempt (which included my edited 4.11 templates) and it worked. So I'm guessing that my site must have cached in firefox during my original upgrade, thus causing me to believe that their was an issue. I'm glad to see that this still works, I'd just wish that this could be implemented as an included option to the next official upgrade.
  9. Does anyone know if this works with the latest release of WHMCS.. I currently have this implemented with version 4.02. I tried the upgrade of 4.1 but reverted back because I was unable to get this to get this to work with the upgraded version of 4.1. If anyone successfully has this implemented in V4.1 please let me know if you had to do anything differently. Thanks,
