We are using WHMCS and doing auto provisioning of VPS, so now when client is not able to move forward with the order form then just leave and sign up with some other provider, we even don't have contact information of client or what error they got as they did not reached checkout page and were even not able to register with us ? WHMCS is for automation why do you even expect us to waste time in contacting client to explain that please somebody has already taken that hostname so please order using another hostname ? Why do you want providers to change the way they are doing business and loose new orders and also add extra work of contacting clients ? Above all you have an unwanted field ns1 and ns2 in VPS and server order forms, just wondering how many providers actually really need it ?? especially if it's an unmanaged service ?

This change cost us a lot of orders as we did not noticed it for few days and then took another few days to resolve it by modifying the template They should not try to impose some thing just because they feel its' right, it should be optional, now I've to completely remove the hostname field from the order form and randomly generate hostname and pass it on as a hidden field

A lot of our clients are getting error "The hostname you entered is already in use. Please choose another." while placing order for VPS, a lot of them don't understand the error and just skip the order I understand you have recently added this validation but it's causing a lot of problem with orders, hostnames are not domain, if client wants to use same hostname for their VPS it should be their decision, we don't need to impose on them So how can we disable this validation, i already check configureproduct.tpl but could not find any option to disable it Please help

Hey Guys It looks like there is no official module for Stripe and Braintree, can anybody suggest any good module for both of them. My preference is Braintree as they even support 3D Secure Thanks

I'm not sure what kind of access that exploit gives, but i think if one exploits whmcs that person can further upload other exploits and/or even some php based shells which might be able to edit the config files Just a guess

Thanks issue resolved It was memory_limit issue as far as I remember whmcs memory requireement in php.ini is 32 MB and i set it up as 32MB but after i increased it to 64MB all errors are gone, it might help other clients as well Thanks again

Are you sure about testing? Please check Ticket #HFK-480871 Even this time now i've a completely broken whmcs installation, cannot accept new orders anymore on my website just shows a blank white page on checkout and view orders shows no invoice due, sometimes multiple invoices are being generated i've installed the latest build just before 1-2 hours

check my ticket Ticket #HFK-480871 now my clients are not able to place any new orders as on checkout it just shows a blank white page, it was working file before the upgrade Looks like it has become a regular practise to release untested upgrades, i had problems with upgrade i think constantly for past 3-4 upgrades and everytime it was an issue with whmcs not a server or configuration issue Please don't release beta release, release stable tested versions Thanks

Yeah i'm allowed WHMCS is not paying me, but i'm paying WHMCS do you get it ? I hope you don't push your fault on your clients/customers ? do you ? If you server goes down, who is responsible for it ? the hosting company or the client ? if a software is buggy and not tested who is responsible the developer or the user ? I'm a paying client so i expect to get tested and stable software, i did not downloaded a beta release i downloaded the stable release so i expect it to work the way it is advertised I hope now you get it ? do you ? -

I really don't understand when i'm not shouting at you, why are you even being bothered about it ? I face the problem, i lost the revenue so i did it, why are you reacting as if i shouted at you ? It's really funny why people get involved in issues which has nothing to do with them ? I already tested it in a development environment i tested the ordering system etc.. it was working fine, i just did not specifically tested the domain ordering system, i'm paying for a software which is supposed to work as advertised this is the reason i was mad and this thing has happened a couple of times, it is not the first time, i never did it earlier but if same crap happens again and again i've the right to get mad, i'm paying for it -

First of all it has nothing to do with payment so don't try to relate it what we do when customers don't pay on time, i'm already a paying client and customer do have the right to shout if they don't get the service they have ordered, i've tried to ask politely in ticket but nothing happens, but this is happening repeatedly so i've to do it and tried it in public forums but still not working out just somebody comes up and tries to defend WHMCS. It's WHMCS fault that they are releasing buggy software and very very slow support -
Since i've upgraded to 5.2.5 now none of my clients are unable to register domains anymore, when client searches the domain it asks them to add to cart, but the domain is never added to cart and just goes in a loop asking client to add the domain to cart again and again It's been over 12 hours since i submitted ticket about it but still waiting for a fix Ticket #YWI-851114 WHAT'S WRONG WITH WHMCS ? WHY EVERY RELEASE SINCE PAST FEW MONTHS IS JUST FULL OF BUGS ? WHY ARE YOU NOT DOING ENOUGH TESTING BEFORE RELEASING IT FOR CLIENTS ? WE ARE SUFFERING DUE TO YOUR BUGGY SOFTWARE FOR PAST WHOLE DAYS I'VE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY NEW DOMAIN REGISTRATION ORDERS AS A RESULT NO WEB HOSTING ORDERS EITHER IF YOU CAN'T RELEASE A BUG FREE SOFTWARE ATLEAST KEEP GOOD ENOUGH SUPPORT TEAM TO FIX THE ISSUE, YOU GUYS WERE GOOD UNTILL 1-2 YEARS AGO BUT NOW I'M REALLY THINKING OF CHANGING BY BILLING SYSTEM

support tickets are also not helping, i've unanswered support tickets since so many hours, now it's almost 24 hours and my site is still without live chat I've provided ftp details, whmcs details but still instead of fixing you guys just keep giving the patches to apply and even after i apply the patches it still does not work, why don't you just do the effort of logging in and applying the patch yourself and test it instead of delaying things ?
