  1. A client can apply credit to any invoice they wish from the client area if they have credit in their account. When they open an invoice there's a big red box saying they have credit and how much do they want to apply. Admins can do the same so I don't see the point.
  2. Think I can answer these: 1. admin/staff panel dashboard auto refresh - this is available in WHMCS 2. sms notifications per dept (which includes subject/ticket content) - this can be done by setting your admin email to the email to SMS address most phone providers give 3. esupport to whmcs ticket/kb import - would need to check with WHMCS 4. email notification (like sms, but email) - you are notified by email of all new tickets and replies in WHMCS 5. canned responses (aka predefined replies) - WHMCS supports these and you can setup multiple categories of them 6. ajax "suggest" tool which pulls articles from KB as client types up body of ticket or subject - yes WHMCS has this and it works well IMO, there is no need to have Kayako when you've got WHMCS
  3. It only showed 5 domains. Maybe if you don't have many domains it's useful but for those with more it's better to use the actual domains list and sort it by date
  4. Only one problem with this, it's ignoring currencies. I have some USD and some GBP invoices and it's counting them together in one total which is then wrong. I guess that's why they removed it.
  5. You can append ?systpl=xxxxx to view a template without setting it in admin Reference: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Linking_to_WHMCS

Vincent, you're confused big time! You can set prices in each currency and don't have to use rate conversions. Tha'ts just one option. Take a time out mate and look at it again.
  7. No, love the new templates here! Anyway you can still use the old ones if you personally prefer those.
  8. Fraud guard is just MaxMind rebranded so that MB can rip off more of your money. So you can continue using MaxMind in WHMCS just as before.
  9. But with the new billable items feature you can setup recurring cycles of any length of days, months, years
  10. It seems to be when it registers a domain using a module, the expiry gets set, as then it knows it will be 1 year from the current date. But for a transfer, where it doesn't know what the expiry date will be, it's left for you to set.
  11. Yes you can set every product in each price. The exchange rates updating is just a setting you can turn on if you want it in automation settings. I like rounded amounts personally so am entering fixed prices and leaving it off.
  12. Did you read the agreement for using those icons? They want a link back to their site clearly shown on every page where you use em
  13. Just you It's way better than that
  14. Does this help? From http://wiki.whmcs.com/Template_Syntax
  15. With #1 I think that's up to you. Just if you keep the admin details set as you then you get the renewal reminders from the registrar rather than your client.
  16. I'm blown away. This new version is amazing! There already is an option for this. Take a look in Automation Settings. EDIT: and there's a button on the currencies page.
  17. I'm new but even I found this! Take a look in Config > Email Templates. There you can set the email that each message goes from. Ryan
