For a company that charges $100 for subscription per license/customer it's very unprofessional that I'm waiting 24 HOURS and still no reply on my ticket. This is not professional for the price and advertisement (24/7 Support)

Yes, I know but in WHMCS they have separate modules, because both are different Registrars. (even if they use the same backend) My (privacy) orders are not passed to Logicbox using registrar "NetEarthOne. I need to manual accept all (privacy) orders in NEO backend now.

The Changelog was for Registrar "ResellerClub", not NetEarthOne

We had the same today. Due to the downtime of WHMCS we where also unable to login our back-end. If WHMCS is down, it may never ever have effected the service to our customers. But this happened today. We where unable to login our admin, to see support tickets etc. Due to license issue?? We paid all our bills and have a owned license. Till I discovered that WHMCS was down. I could not believe that because whmcs is down, our business was down! this is not professional.
