Is it possible to have it set so that after the 30 day trial it just automatically charges the credit card on file for the amount owed? kind of like a first month free type deal, but they are able to get a quarterly, semi, and yearly package while still getting that trial period and the whole process is seamless? if not does anyone know of a addon that will do this?

MyProducts: Enhanced My Products & Services Addon

Can you easily upgrade / downgrade products from the mod area? -
Oh I agree with you Richie, The WHMCS people shouldn't do that. I have to in this case stand up for this situation as much as I hate to do it. If you have WHMCS you will see that if say 50 people submit tickets throughout the day the list just gets larger and larger. It makes sense that they would set them to close. In WHMCS this moves them into a separate area. This makes it faster for them to answer your ticket. So would you like faster response times or a better feeling of acceptance? If they were smart they would add a function so you could sort the different data in the tables on the ticket system. I think they are doing this in development with another version, but right now it seems its not there. I know exactly were your coming from though. I got that same feeling my employees have asked that same question and I'm sure many other people have felt that same emotion. Not a lot of people realize the trade off though, faster response times

All we have marked is Anon proxys and diffrent from IP location We get a cURL error about every 2 orders thats usually during high traffic times though. Orders also frequently pass the Maxmind detection when obvious spam information is submitted like Address: test City: test State: test Zip 12345

I agree with that it makes a lot of sense to keep the tickets closed when they reply. At first I was surprised, but when you think about it. Thats why anyone would have to do once they get big enough and the ticket system isn't designed to handle huge loads
-
Keep in mind that they are a UK based company. Chances are that you are on the east coast. This would mean that he answered your ticket at 8:00 am Monday. That is during the business week.

We have had so many problems with Matt and his team... (does anyone else work there)? It's insane that we bought a license before checking... Wait we did check, but Matt and others hide the bugs and tech problems forums from prospective customers
-
Thanks for your sarcasm. This still does not answer our question does anyone else use godaddy? With maxmind it seems that it will go through about once every 2 order. Kind of like a lag effect
-
We know that. Did you not just read what we said? This isn't about what variable it is this is about the fact that WHMCS has implemented an incorrect Email template into their system. It needs to be fixed

It is still misleading the customer. Common business practice? No that is called misleading the customer. You are purposefully hiding problems that many people are having with said product. What does this mean? You are lieing to the customer. No matter how you want to spin it Matt and his team are trying to get a quick buck for a product that has many many bugs and problems. If they are going ot have a forum for it its impractical and very obvious that they are trying to hide it by only hiding the 2 forums that might hurt their companies profits. I am posting this again in the feedback area. This isn't something to discuss this is feedback from one of their customers that is posting their thoughts on an ideah.

This issue was not resolved even those it was closed. By default the "Thank you for choosing [CompanyName]" is in the Email Template. The Developers need to fix this immediately. by not having the default template use this wording.

When a new customer comes and looks to see if your product is legit you know they will search your forums for problems. Hiding the Bug Report forum and Technical Issues forum is just plain dishonest. You are simply hiding your problems from customers and they do not find all these problems until they register with the forums were in most cases is after they have purchased. Is my logic flawed here?

When using the TCADMIN module provided by WHMCS you can have the option to automatically setup accounts and servers. Though when manually setting these up through WHMCS you will get Confirmed messages even though there should be errors. It was confirmed that the ip for the website was not being accepted in TCAdmins automation area. This is how we know this is a bug Users will gain the following message even when WHMCS isn't even correctly talking with the API Server Command Success Account Created Successfully This needs to be resolved.

Wait so teamspeak servers can't be auto created with WHMCS and the TCadmin module?

PayPal Subcriptions, Invoice Reminders, and Invoices not showing as paid
Gatsu replied to livewire1337's topic in Using WHMCS
I asked this same question to the developer this was the response This is a feature among many others that urgently need to be added --------------- As far as your second question I can't help you there -
We submitted a ticket but the person helping us told us it didn't happen even after we posted proof. In the past month we have had 3 customers that have ordered something and their order was automatically marked with Fraud. We received payments from them moments later so we spoke with them to find out why it was marked and it all solved itself in the end, but this concerns us. This morning I purposefully made and account with all the "incorrect" information. I submitted it and.... I look at the order list and there is my order with it being marked as fraud. I looked at the order and there is no maxmind information telling me why it was marked as fraud. I checked my email. I got the invoices welcome emails and the whole lot. I was even able to pay. I am coming to the forums because the support team has said it never happened. after we gave them a full explanation and gave them screenshots. they again said that there was no problem. has this happened to anyone else?

I read this thread and thought, WOW this is really something and purchased the standard Fraud detection. We have a problem though whenever a customer orders the Fraud detection through WHMCS seems to time out and we get this Error Curl Error connect() timed out! We submitted a ticket and Matt said we needed to open some ports and whatnot and said that he doesn't believe that many users use Godaddy for their main website. I thought I might toss it out there. Is anyone on Godaddy? We host our main website on Godaddy Enterprise shared hosting service. Has anyone else had this problem that can shine a little more light on it? We would love to use Maxmind

We don't plan to use WHMCS for web hosting in fact we might never use it for webhosting. We host voice servers and would love to know if this is the right choice for us. we need a good invoice / recurring system for our voice servers.
