  1. We already have a way of billing our customers. All of our customers are pre approved. We need a method to sell services and simply create a note for our accounting dept with all the relevant information about products and prices, and they handle sending out invoices once a month. All the payment gateways I have seen work by immediately accepting a transaction, be it paypal, credit card, etc. but none that fits our need. Is there a way to do this? Thanks for any info
  2. My bad, I found the checkbox in question in General Settings -> Ordering, "Auto Redirect on Checkout".
  3. I am just setting up the newest version of WHMCS and noticed that I can no longer create orders from the backend without having a working payment gateway. This used to work before; and since I am going to set up already existing products for our customers that will not be billed again, I am wondering why the gateway is necessary. Or am I maybe missing something, can I uncheck a box somewhere? Of course, I will have to set up the gateway eventually. But this is a step I wanted to get to at a later time, after having set up some existing customers and other things. Thanks for any pointers you can provide.
  4. Hello, We are using ISPConfig3 at the moment but as far as I can tell, the server module (created by a user and not actively maintained anymore) does not allow for the type of sync that we are looking for. Therefore, we are looking for new web hosting software. WHMCS itself seems to suggest three solutions: cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin. Now my question is this: Does the very much desired sync function that goes both ways (transferring account information from WHMCS to hosting software, and from hosting software to WHMCS) work with all these systems? Whenever I read WHMCS documentation, it seems to be aimed mostly at cPanel. This is the sync I am referring to: https://docs.whmcs.com/Servers#Sync_Accounts Thanks for any insights.
  5. Our domain registrar is InternetX. I recently bought the "Existing Domains" extension on the marketplace, allowing customers to use existing domains when buying hosting services with us. This works well with domains that were previously bought via our WHMCS, and consequently registered with InternetX. My question now it this: What about domains that the customer already owns with InternetX? Do they need to be transferred to our WHMCS system? Or "use existing domain and update nameservers?" I guess I am a bit confused, because in both cases the domain would be with InternetX. Is there a way to synchronize customer domains between WHMCS and a registrar? Would this even be within the scope of the module? Thanks for any clarification
  6. I have a similar issue. But I can only get my hands on the newest version of Ioncube loader, which is 13.x.x They don't seem to have older versions up on their website. This seems to suggest that we need v12.0.1. I messaged Ioncube about this today, will let you know if this leads to success. Update: Ioncube responded but claim that the newest version of their loader is backwards compatible and it should work. So no help there, unfortunately.

  8. In case anyone cares, the problem was that these fields seem to be controlled by the registrar plugin that you use, and in my case it was not set up properly. Once I looked through everything again and made sure everything was filled out the way my registrar needs it, these fields magically started working.
  9. Hi. As the title says, I am at a bit of a loss while trying to set up WHMCS for our business. I must note that I am not the one who first installed this software on our testing server, I am just tasked with configuring it. However, while logged in as a customer, I cannot actually buy any products, because I get a message saying that Tax ID needs to be entered, and I need to agree to terms of service. The problem then is that while these fields have labels, there is no actual textbox or checkbox to fill out and check. Anyone here who can help me out? Thanks a lot
