    When a client changes their details the "user details change" email is sent. This email does not appear to use the headers and footers in the General Settings -> Mail tab. Can anyone please tell me how I can customize the headers for that email. Thanks

    There was a contact with that email address in the database. Deleted that and its all good.

    I have this same issue. If a client wants to change their mailing address from client side, they get "A user already exists with that email address" ?

    Is it possible for my clients to change the security question answers after they have registered. If so, how would they do that please?

    A question about WHMCS ChrisD post As Brad has indicated upgrading your exisiting installation to v7 would be a viable option. As an alternative you could upload WHMCS v7.1 to your new server, then copy over your Database and configuration.php file and run the /install folder to upgrade from 6 to 7. I have version 6.1.1-release.1 installed and want to move to latest version. Will the above instructions work for my upgrade? Thanks so much Corky
