  1. I'm finally in the process of making the move from WHMCS 6.X to the latest version of WHMCS. What is the best way to move the old database from WHMCS 6 to 7? Im going to be provisioning a new server running NGINX+ PHP 7 and afterwards installing WHMCS 7 and somehow import the database from V6. If I point the configuration file to the database of V6 is WHMCS smart enough to know and upgrade the database during the installation? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you!
  2. Thanks for taking the time to create this great module. I've running into a problem with WHMCS version 5.3.3 during checkout when your select the blockchain payment gateway I get the following error "We're sorry, but you cannot use Bitcoin to pay for this transaction at this time." Should we wait for an update?
  3. I had the same issue. Once i created an account with them I simply remade the order and it showed up instantly. Hope this helps.
  4. Good day, I've been battling to figure out if its possible for sub-contacts to submit/reply to tickets without everyone else receiving the support ticket notification. To better explain what I mean let me run an example Company name: Bob' Company Main contact: Bob Martin Sub-Contact: Kim Martin Sub-Contact: Jim Brown. Currently if any of the 3 submit a support ticket, all 3 of them will receive a notification about the support ticket. I'd like to know if its possible that when Kim submits a ticket, only SHE will receive it and no one else. When Jim submits a ticket only Jim will receive it and no one else. I want to do all of this while they are all subaccounts for that account. I hope I havent confused anyone with all this text. Let me know if this is possible and if it is how I could go about doing this. thanks!
  5. Interesting indeed. And we thought we were the only ones. We've even went as far as testing on other alternatives to whmcs and still ran into issues. Rumour has it WHMCS will be releasing their own supported version of this module early next year.
  6. Hey guys, im hoping someone could give me a hand with this. How would I go about getting a direct cart link just for a product addon that was already purchased
  7. awesome! thats exactly the option i was looking for! thanks!
  8. Hi Jack, I don't quite understand what u mean?
  9. Im not sure what this feature is so I am hoping someone could direct me to the right location. Im looking for the option where when a recurring payment user gets billed monthly and doesn't pay his bill for that month, the next month the system will still generate another invoice automatically instead of waiting for the client to pay the last months bill before generating the new bill. Im pretty sure i've seen this option somewhere and for the life of me i cannot remember when it was. Thank you for your time and help!
  10. Good day, Is there a way to have an option to select QTY instead of Hours when adding a billiable item. Here is a screen shot for you to understand http://i53.tinypic.com/212gux1.png Now when i add a billitable item, even if it is a quantity it still displays on the invoice as the following 1TB Hard Drive Replacement - 1 Hours @ 56.41/hour Is there a way to change the 1 Hours to Quantity instead? Thank you for your help!
  11. thank you this is exactly what i was looking for! cheers mate
  12. Im looking to attach a Paypal Pay Now button to my invoices which will allow clients to pay now instead of subscribing. Anyone know a work around for this?
  13. Anyone know of anyone who can do this?
  14. Has anyone ever came across the need of having bundles for their product. Give you an example. A user buys a bundle that has hosting, software licensing and domain purchase all with one click instead of having to purchase them all separately . Anyone know if this would be possible to make?
