  1. So i need to edit the template pages? I would of thought it would be config options like Kayako does. Ho well to the text editer
  2. I can't seem to find a way to remove the Affiliates and Download icons from the support area of the system. I know it's simple but for the love of god can't find the options or any referance in the manual. Thanks chaps
  3. You mean since Jan like i've been waiting
  4. Same here i'm only small with a few clients but buying this software has already saved me loads of time and paper tracking expiry dates and renews
  5. I thought nochex was like paypay? or are they a proper gateway so to speak i.e. i'll need a merchant account number from my bank?
  6. thanks everyone, i kind of know what i want as a design it's just getting it coeded. some points there i need to take on board and think about, and yes i'm going to target the people that are not tech savy.
  7. Where do people get there ideas from when design a hosting company website. I admit i'm not a designer and have a very limited design type mind. I've been hosting for friends and family and the odd business for over 3 years now and have taken the steps to becoming a "Real" host, i.e. got a server, bought WHMCS, got a company logo etc etc. But i have no idea where to start on getting a website together. Any ideas on where to get some ideas?
  8. that's a bit clearer. Just wished 123-reg would make a api. I don't register enough domain to become a member.
  9. I've looked a nominet before and thought about becomming a tag holder/member but i find it so confusing on what it will cost me. Am i getting it right? Become a member = £400 set-up then £100 per year. Then this is where i'm confused how much does it cost me to register a domain for my client (a co.uk) as from what i read it goes up to £80 (if not a member) but yet i can buy a domain for £7 for 2 years. What am i missing
  10. Can i just hop in here and ask what about UK gateways? I'm looking for a gateway that will charge per transaction and have no monthly fee (like securehosting).
  11. Can i ask if you had a lifetime license why have you left your install on such a low version number?
  12. i think that's a ongoing issuse hence the reason i havn't taken it up. Check there forums @ forums.kayako.com it has a thread all about the intergration and outstanding issues.
  13. have all the issues been fixed yet? Like clients replying to a ticket? or there was a problem with viewing the tickets.
  14. sorted as simple as the link code had [domain] not [Domain]
  15. I've got a problem with my Hosting Account Welcome (PLESK) email.
