  1. Alex, thanks. So, ACH works a bit different from CC? With CCs I can enter the customer CC information once for them and then set up recurring products so that the charges are applied to the CC automatically. With ACH, it sounds like the customer needs to click the Payment button on the invoice each time and make the payment through the Plaid interface. Is my understanding correct? MP
  2. I'm hoping someone can help me understand how to set up recurring payments via ACH for a client. I have the Stripe/Plaid integration set up and working, but the workflow seems to be different than CC. With CC I usually key in the customer CC information for them, create an order with the appropriate renewal frequency, and everything works smoothly from there. But it doesn't appear that I can enter a clients ACH info. Thanks, Mark
  3. Unfortunately, that is what I've done. I just started using the email marketer, so I only have one rule so far, but it was the beginning of an effort to use the tool for a more robust campaign. I'll have to look at a different option.
  4. I'm having the same problem. There is another thread about this issue too. This one may require a support ticket. Let us know if anyone finds a resolution or knows how to fix this.
  5. Yes, I'm having the same problem. I have a client who has received a New Account Information email from the Email Marketer 3 days in a row. The weird thing is I don't have an email with that title set up in the email marketer.
  6. Hello, I recently updated WHMCS and enabled the Free Weebly option. In the store, the "Get Started Now" button sends me to an error page. When I attempt to manage and save settings for this service I get the following error: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mark
  7. @brian! and @WHMCS ChrisD, thanks for the info. I've not made a hook before, but I found the directions in the developer's guide, so I'll give it a go.
  8. Hello, I'm using the Add Funds feature to create an invoice to allow my customers to make a deposit on projects. Is there a way to change the Due Date? Right now it defaults to the date the Add Funds Invoice is generated. Thanks, Mark
  9. @zomex and @brian! - thank you both! I'll go to work and make those updates per your guidance.
  10. Jack, That makes sense. I was using a custom version of Six. A quick switch to the default version brought the VPN landing page back. I'll just need to update the CSS in the new version so that the theme colors that I want to use are set. By chance do you know of a different way to apply custom CSS without touching the default template so that updates like this don't get implemented when I perform future upgrades? Thanks, Mark
  11. Tom, Would you mind sharing your error? My VPN landing page is empty too. Thanks, Mark
