  1. Your affiliate link, is your website, followed by /affiliates.php To set it up, you need to go to Settings > General > Affiliates (It is disabled be default)
  2. So today I was asked to close a clients "Affiliate Account". But having searched my WHMCS, I can not see how this is possible. When viewing the client, it will only allow me to view their Affiliate Details. So my question, is it possible to close a clients "Affiliate Account"?

  4. Evening all, We have had two occasions, where our admins have opened a ticket within our "abuse" department, and the client has "closed" it, before a response is submitted. Meaning the ticket ends up being left. Is there anyway that the "Close" button can be removed from just one department (either a template change or hook), or would it need to be all? Thank you in advance.
  5. Evening all. I am toying with ideas at the moment, and wondered if the following is possible. So currently, if "Stock Control" is enabled, and the quantity is "0", a client can click the product and is then shown an "Oops sorry" message. I would like to know, if it is possible to edit the file, to either disable the "order now" button, or change its colour, like the example below. This would be instead of showing "-1 Available", and would hopefully prevent the client clicking the "Order Now" button, and seeing the dreaded "Oops Sorry" message. Thank you in advance.

  7. We had the same issue. We had to change the customer's default payment method, and ensure that no details were showing within there "credit card info", we then had to delete the customer from Stripe, and then change the customer's payment method back to stripe, and then ask them to attempt payment again. We haven't had it happen again, and hopefully never will (crossed fingers)

  10. Hi all, I am having issues with communication between WHMCS and WHM. The "Pending Module Actions" was showing an item that was waiting to be suspended, but failed "due to an unknown reason". I activated the module log, and tried suspending again, and it stated: {"cpanelresult":{"apiversion":"2","error":"Access denied","data":{"reason":"Access denied","result":"0"},"type":"text"}} I checked the server settings, and tried testing the connection, and I am getting the error shown in the image I have attached. (The password is correct, and the API key is correct)
  11. Thank you @brian! it turned out to be an issue with the custom template, and a rogue "disabled" tag. All sorted now.
  12. Evening everyone, I have just been advised of an issue with submitting tickets via my website. When clicking to submit the ticket (once completing the details), the URL is changing to: /submitticket.php?step=3 but is loading a blank page. I have tried display_errors, and that is still loading a blank page. There is also nothing showing on the activity log. Any suggestions? (This is affecting all departments)

I did that, and this is the only one related to login Smarty Error: Unable to load template file 'CloudHosting/includes/linkedaccounts.tpl' in '/home/ezehost/public_html/templates/CloudHosting/login.tpl' Does this mean that "linkedaccounts.tpl" is not being found in CloudHosting/includes/ ?
  15. Morning all, I am experiencing an issue with the client area login page. (it's blank). I tried viewing with Display Errors on, but it was still blank (No errors showing). Hey all, When viewing the Healh Status for our WHMCS installation, we are seeing the following two warnings: warning: * A Certificate Authority verified SSL certificate was not detected on https://www.eze-host.uk/. This will prevent some features, such as OpenID Connect, from functioning. This may also affect your ability to receive PCI or other accreditation. * You currently have version 7.19.7 of cURL installed. This version is known to have security issues. Please update to the latest cURL and ensure it is greater than 7.35.0. The issue with cURL is already being dealt with, the issue with the SSL certificate is what we are worried about. We have SSL installed, and up until now it has been functioning normally. Even now, when navigating to our site via HTTPS the site is loading without error, and is showing as "SECURE" Any advice greatly appreciated.
  17. Hi all, I have stumbled upon an issue I am having. I currently have "Shared" hosting to auto create after first payment, however noticed that this hasn't been happening and as a result I have a few pending orders that are waiting to be created. So I tried to create manually by "Accepting" the order, and the following error appears: Product attribute Package Name "ezehost_Small" not found on server I have checked (and double checked) that the package is definitely on WHM, (which it is). Anyone have any suggestions? I have clients that are using this package, and they activated without an issue.

This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit <a href="http://get-loader.ioncube.com">get-loader.ioncube.com</a> for install assistance. My server is using PHP7.0, recently upgraded from 5.6. I have just noticed that the daily Cron run is also returning the same error.
  20. Hey Chris, Thank you for replying, I am using Email Forwarding, using: | php -q /home/ezehost/public_html/clients/crons/pipe.php I am not receiving any error messages.
  21. I have just set up ticket importing, and tried testing. I have attempted to send an email from my gmail account, I am not receiving any email return, and when checking the Ticket Import Log, there is nothing showing. The email is however arriving in the inbox for the associated email address for my domain. Any one know where I could have gone wrong?

My host provider has confirmed that ionCube is already installed, and that the server is running PHP 7.1 and have advised I contact WHMCS to troubleshoot further.
