  1. The addon never validates any user's VAT number however they enter it for us.
  2. Sorry for the delay, I must have missed the notification on these posts! Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot for that without a live domain, you can imagine that it would look the same but also work on mobile. I agree that we should move the changes out of those files. I will hopefully do this in a later release of Flex. Thanks for the suggestion!
  3. I've added an active test domain, you should be able to see the options for it. I believe the contact information page doesn't work as it is not a live domain. I do not think it would be feasible for us to add further options to modify the buttons. The easiest way would be to edit the flex CSS file (class '.btn' for the general button style).
  4. Sure, I have just set up a test product so you should be able to give it a spin now.
  5. Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you can edit the CSS/template files as you wish, they are in the same structure as the existing 'Default' WHMCS template. We have created Flex compatible versions of the 'Modern' and 'Web20cart' order forms.
  6. Unfortunately, I do not think it would be possible to integrate our theme into yours due to the different CSS/template file content. The easiest way would be to integrate our theme in to your web site design and then modify it as necessary. We do offer an integration service if you require it.
  7. We've just delivered the update to the theme that supports WHMCS v5.2.4. The demo has been updated and our existing customers have been notified.
  8. Yes, unfortunate that the new version was released just after we pushed our last update. We will try to update it tomorrow, another email will be sent out to customers when that has been done.
  9. Sorry, I was just updating it with the new version of the theme. Should be good to go now.
  10. I'm pleased to say that we've now released the update to theme that includes the integrated order forms, bug fixes and some visual enhancements. You can grab the latest version of the theme from our client area. We are about to send an email to our existing customers regarding the new version.
  11. Almost there, we've integrated the web20cart and modern order form templates with Flex. We should be releasing it tomorrow, thanks for the patience!
  12. Thanks! The theme is created with template files that are stored in the WHMCS folder. Each page has it's own template file, and there are two global template files, header.tpl and footer.tpl, as well as all the CSS, which are loaded on all the pages. To do an integration, you have to copy your website HTML code into the header and footer so it wraps around the template nicely. I hope this helps.
  13. Just thought I'd mention that the theme is now compatible with WHMCS v5.2.3. You can download the latest version of the theme from our client area, we'll email existing customers shortly.
  14. Really sorry about the delay, we've both been very busy this week. I promise I'll have the update done by tonight. We had been planning to integrate a couple of order forms in to the Flex theme. My aim is to have this done in about a week.
  15. We've upgraded the Flex theme to be compatible with WHMCS v5.2.x. We will shortly send out an email to all our existing customers.
  16. Quite a lot of people have been asking us how easy it would be to integrate the theme into their own website design. Thus, I decided to try this with one of my other websites, and you can see the result in the image below. http://whmcsdesigns.com/images/integration-example.png I think it came out great and didn't take me much time at all to complete. Thanks!

  18. My bad, you learn something every day! Have you tried asking them directly?
  19. What issues are you referring to? As WHMCS is a self hosted application, surely it is down to the end user to ensure their servers are PCI compliant.
  20. If you have the 'beta tester access' product at their client area, they have now made the download available.
  21. Off-topic: Did your Kayako install get hacked? How?
  22. Just need to stick a max-width property on the whmcs-wrapper divider. Also probably margin:auto; to make it centred.
