2. It's called 'MOVE SERVICE' in logicboxes (control panel used by directi)
3. I believe child nameserver support for directi will be available on next release ver 3.6.1 But you won't be able to set A, CNAME, MX, TXT records (managed DNS) on WHMCS with Directi.
4. try accessing admin without SSL. whmcs license is only for 1 domain on a specific folder. frontend will be fine but the backend is only accessible with verified folder/domain
5. edit your general configuration Admin -> Configuration -> General Settings Logo URL: https://secure.yourdomain.tld/whmcs/images/yourlogo.gif

9. I use maxmind for fraud prevention, but geoIP/iplocator not always work good in some countries. If they look suspicious, ask them to send front&back copy of the cc.

11. Hi, I've just finished migrating from AWBS and integrate WHMCS to my website. Now I need your comment on this. I don't use WHMCS frontpage and replace with my own 'support' static page http://www.servmap.com/support/ and contact page on https --- /support/contact I've made a little customization to have friendly URL on KB ( http://www.servmap.com/support/knowledgebase/ ) and support tickets ( /support/tickets/ /support/tickets/submit ) and client area is located on https://www.servmap.com/my/ Thank you for your feedback
12. How do DNS management works? Do nameserver have to be filled with enom nameservers? Can we host DNS ourself and connect to WHM? thx
13. I don't see the point on hosting industry, but you can submit a feature request. Don't 'addon product' accomodate this feature?
14. Hi, Is there any way to force client to fill 'company name' when they sign up? I know not all clients registering for their company, so for that type of customer we can display a note to put 'N/A' in company name field (like ResellerClub do) thank you
15. Hi, I need help here. Does somebody succedded registering domain names with blank 'company name' field with (prefered) ResellOne or other registrars? I try to register a domain name but error message tells me that these fields need to be filled (owner, billing and admin org_name) The error message shown up in WHMCS, and also ResellOne RWI when I try to register it manually. Thank you
16. Can you ellaborate further? What WHMCS version did you use and what's need to be setup on WHMCS/ResellOne? I'm using 3.4.0 and failed
17. I do allow domain transfer, but some TLD can not be transfer (.ws for example)
18. I don't understand here. which page copy which page?
19. Guys, How do you configure domains with no transfer policy, only register and renew, i.e .ws. When I enter blank or 0.00 the transfer price will be {currency} 0.00, this will lead visitors read as transfering this domain will be free of charge. thx
20. It only happens in IE or at least I use firefox and can't see it. To TS for me, its's not integrated so well
21. Your About page mention otherwise. It's a nice integration though. Btw, check your serverstatus page. if your server is restricting exec command, I prefer to customize your template. And all your phpinfo link to one page.
22. As MACscr usually says.. it's just a header and footer. Try to increase your font size to match your other pages.
