Hi, I am having an issue, we have had our site and whmcs moved to a new server. when the cron runs we are getting the No input file specified, now this is normally a path issue, but I have checked the path and this seems to be correct (on the server they have put us on the path is: /home/www/codeigniter/public/whmcs/crons/) We used to have the cron dir in a seperate folder, but have put the config.php in crons and also the configuration.phf files back as they should be, but still getting the same thing. The cron looks like this: php -q /home/www/codeigniter/public/whmcs/crons/cron.php I have changed the cron to a number of different options, I have tried to move the cron dir again and updated the config.php to point the the whmcs dir and also the configuration.php file to show the new location, updated the cron, and the same issue, I have rolled it back and again, same issue, I have no idea where else to look. I have checked the permissions and these all seem to be good as well. The same thing is happening with the domainsyn and pop.php crons. I have turned on logging and debug but this shows nothing. Any ideas???

Hi, I have received a few calls from Paypal in the last couple of weeks along with follow up emails, asking me to move to their new platform PayPal Commerce Platform. They have said I should have received something from WHMCS about it (although I cannot see anything from them) they are telling me the fees are cheaper (thats OK then) but I will have to make the move as they are going to be removing paypal payments pro!!! Now at this point I got a little worried, to the point where I checked the email headers to make sure these emails did come from paypal, and a quick look at their website shows the new platform PayPal Commerce Platform but no mention of pro being removed. When I spoke to her today, she said there is a gateway in WHMCS for it, well I had a look and I cannot find it. I know I am on an old version, so looked at the blog posts for the new version, and again could not see any mention of this, Am I being a little out of touch here, I have gone back through this community about a year and a bit and can see no discussion on this subject. Anyone point me in the right direction.

I had raised a ticket about this myself (and a separate thread on this forum) and got the same thing from WHMCS, raise it with Enom, did that, they came back asking what we are sending and getting back, so I have sent that over to them and waiting on a response. - - - Updated - - - On a separate note I was not too impressed with WHMCS, I would have thought as this is their application that is now having an issue they may have taken it up with Enom rather than saying to ALL their customers, not our problem, you all take it up with Enom yourselves!

We have just started to get an error when running our domainsync cron. We only get this error for domains registered with Enom the error is: Error: An invalid command was specified We raised a ticket and was given a reply: We have recently became aware of this happening and the "An invalid command was specified" error is being returned by eNom. The error is coming from Enom as we are sending information according to their API document so you will need to raise this with Enom (cheers WHMCS, I could here the noise that buck sounded while being passed around the floor) anyhow I have raised a ticket with Enom, but does anyone else have any ideas?

OK got a work around, the solution was to remove the module files from the disk (rename the dir wonr work you have to remove it!), so something was referencing the old module, but that was the fix with the idea that we keep hold of the old module files somewhere safe so we have a roll back just in case.

No and as belt and braces even removed the modules from the disk, same issue so back to support

We got a reply telling us to change the server type from dotnetpanel to websitepanel but we don't use these we use cpanel, so im still none the wiser. I have got something to go on though, we had an module that was written for us some years ago (we don't use it anymore) and one product had this as the module, so we have changed that to none and recompiling back to php 5.6 to see how that works. Sorry if I am rambling but someone else may have this issue a stumble on this thread and it may help them.

We have also downgraded our ver of php to 5.5 just in case and same thing

Sorry to dig up and old thread but I have got into a little pickle. We have just upgraded our ver of WHMCS to 6.22 and then done a health check and got the message about upgrading the ver of PHP, so we upgraded that and are now running PHP 5.6.18 but when we try to edit a product we get the following error: Fatal error: The file /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/whmcs/modules/servers/dotnetpanel/dotnetpanel.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 4 and cannot run under PHP 5.5 or PHP 5.6. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for either PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5. in Unknown on line 0 I have raised a ticket but they normally takes ages to get looked at nowadays so thought I would see if there was any solution to this I have not seen in the forums. As always thank you in advance.

Hi, Having completed the upgrade to 6.22 I am still getting the failure: Required PHP Functions These are disabled in your php.ini file, we recommend you contact your system administrator to have them enabled. •escapeshellcmd healthCheck.requiredPhpFunctionsFailure2 I am not a Linux wizard but from my reading this is disabled as its a security issue, and whmcs doc states that it is not needed now, so why do I get this as a failure (not a warning) should it be enabled or not? Our issue seemed to be as some of us had a £ in the password

After doing some checking myself it would seem the login issue is down to very complex and long passwords, we have now managed to log in using a staff members details where the password was not overly long or complex, changed the passwords for the other accounts to something a little less complex and now we can log in, although I would much rather be able to bring it back up to a very complex password again.

I also cannot login although I cant log in using IE or chrome! Along with a number of other problems we have had since upgrading our version of PHP, this is getting to be the last straw, I agree that this is paid for software, and although again bugs have to be found one that stops your ability to log into the software to use it really is going a little above a joke.

Hi, We have just gone to implement 3D secure, but are getting an issue, we raised this as a ticket but here told its an issue with either paypal or cardinal both say its not them so now I am going around and around. When a customer tries to make payment it fails and in the gateway log we see: ERRORDESC => Error Processing Lookup Request Message, Invalid Transaction Password ERRORNO => 1002, 2020 TRANSACTIONID => XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ENROLLED => U Speak to Paypal, they say that's not their error, and when we speak with Cardinal in the US we are told they are not even getting the request from us to them, so now I have no idea. We have been approached by a payment processing company of the same name and have given an interesting proposal to us. Of course we use WHMCS for all our transactions and ordering, and if the module listed above is for the same company then it will make the decision easier. Just to make sure, do you have the URL of the company this module will work for so I can make sure it is one and the same. Thank you.

That would be handy as we have moved over to PP Pro, but unable to dump our existing card processor as we need to be able to accept maestro so now we are paying 2 providers.

Looks like no one wants to deal with this impending issue

Hi, I know there is an export to export all products and services that are live, and there is also an export for customers, but is there a way to export products and have the customers details as well. We have to do a postal mail shot for customers with some of our products, I know I can do this from within WHMCS for an email shot, but nothing to enable us to export these details to a CSV or similar. Unfortunatly I am no good with sql. Any ideas?

Looking at the same thing ourselves, would that not just change the billing date, or would that also work out the change in monthly cost for that account?

Hi, Currently we bill all our products on the date of order, but we are changing our payment methods over to direct debit so would like to change all our current billing on a particular date of the month (we will say 30th right now) what is the best way to be able to change all our existing product billing dates? The fly in the ointment is going to be that some customers will not want to change to direct debit and stick with either paypal or card payments, so the change wont be across the board, now we can change each client billing date, for those that are going to move over, but how would we get on with the pro rata? I guess we could add duplicate products with the pro rata billing active, but was looking for advise on the best way to make these changes? Cheers

Hi, We are just getting the affiliates setup done, but have (what could be a simple) question. In the affiliates link bit, it gives them a link to get people to sign up, but this link just takes them to our home page. Is there a way to change the links so it will take people directly to our products cart page in WHMCS rather than our main page on our website? Cheers in advance.

Hi, When a customer goes through check out, at the end of the process, they then get an invoice. now if they selected paypal, they have a button for them to go make the payment, thats OK. But we also have off line cc payment option, now they can now click that button until doomsday all it does is keep emailing us but the customer does not think they have paid. Now I know there is a place to turn this off as I have seen it before, but can't for the life of me find it now, and put pay now or similar works in the search manual, and does not find it. Could someone point me in the correct direction. and is it also possible to turn it off depending on the payment option selected (we would like it there for paypal) Cheers in advance

OK, not sure if the description is clear, We have a number of products that we let whmcs setup and bill for using paypal etc. we also have some packages that are free for our existing customer (to do this, we used the mail in payment gateway and marked it as free account so thats used up) We have now put a couple of products that are in effect resold, and the billing and other stuff is done from an external source. The problem is when Jo punter goes to place an order, they are still having to enter payment details to get it to go through. Is there a way around this, so the product correctly shows the price, but does not require payment of any sort to progress? Cheers
