I get it. Not very many people are using the proxying settings in WHM/cPanel. However, my primary purpose of using proxying is to 1) standardize connectivity to servers and 2) Security. I'm using cpanel.stormantech.com and whm.stormantech.com and webmail.stormantech.com. I can then close the default incoming ports for cpanel/whm, and offer a more secure server solution for PCI compliance. Moreover, I don't have to have multiple SSL certs for each sub domain since I'm using a wild card cert for my primary domain name.

I've disabled all external cpanel/whm ports and as such all of my clients access cpanel by accessing cpanel.mydomain.com. I've enabled the proxy settings on my whm install. The bug is that since I have the cpanel ports disabled when I click on the Login to cPanel link, it tries to connect to the server's hostname and not the proxied cpanel.mydomain.com.

I havent modifed the template at all. Though, when I just use the placeholder image, it works. - - - Updated - - - Ok, the png that I was using didn't have a background. I added one and it works.

Upon upgrading to 6.0 I've been unable to open PDF invoices in Adobe Reader/Acrobat. I upgraded to 6.0.1 and the same thing happens. When I try to open the PDF invoice i receive the following error "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem." Im attaching the logo and pdf invoice. Thanks. Invoice-2162.pdf

Hey kgerber@creativeunity.com, I to had this same question. It looks to me that the API provided by the Orbital Gateway, is lacking in everything. So I spoke with my rep at Chase. She told me that they have a relationship with Authorize.NET to provide the gateway for eCommerce solutions. I was literally shocked. I asked her to send me the application she sent that over via email with Docusign so I don't have to print it out. Regards, Matthew

I had the same problem because I am using SMTP as well. Look in the email headers for Return-Path: it actually shows the email address that the user used. At least in Exchange it does. Matthew.

peak, Probably the best option is to use addons. Goto Configuration > Product Addons after you've added the addon make sure you check Show on Order. Matt, While this is a temporary work around. I think the Configurable Options needs to support one time fees. Thanks, Matthew.

You may want to use SSL in the client area, and order checkout.

That does not work for me. I am using 3.6. Also the option reads "Sequential Paid Invoice Numbering". So does this only apply to paid invoices?

A couple of things. 1) Linking to other portions of your site does not work when you goto > Support > Submit Ticket. Then select Webhosting or Reseller plans. 2) I would direct link each of your plans that you have an Order Now button for. Other than that. Great Job! Matthew.
