  1. I receive the form fine when a customer sends it. The only problem is it doesnt show me their email address so i can reply??? Am i missing something here? In the From address it only says my support email from which it was sent from. But i noticed theres a place on the form to enter an email its just not sent in the form. Help
  2. Nevermind i figured a way around it. This software is awesome Matt I will definetly be purchasing this. Does exactly what I need, and the TCAdmin auto creation module is flawless!
  3. Hello all, I recently downloaded the test package to see how i like it. We are currently using CLientexec, but this package definetly looks better and offers more options. Now to my question. My products are totalled by the configuration options. Meaning my base product has a cost of $0 before the customer selects which options they want. Everything is fine execept, i cant select the semi-monthly,bi-annual,annual options when ordering. Since my product base price is 0 it doesnt give the option to select any other billing type besides the standard monthly. Even though my configuration options are setup to allow all options to be billed at diferent intervals. Im hoping someone can shed some light on this for me, Thanks
