Apologies to pull up a slightly old thread, but if you're in the UK you can send Bank Transfers to them with no fees. The only drawback is you have to send them a support ticket with information so they can find the payment to add it to your account, which can take 3-5 days. Still, I'd rather wait 3-5 days then pay a fee...
