  1. I don't know if anyone has come accross panenthe.com but this seems very promising.
  2. Hello, I am looking to sell some physical products with WHMCS, my main issue is that PayPal sees payments as a service from WHMCS. Therefore PayPal does not request the delivery address and will not help with any possible chargebacks. Is it possible to change this?
  3. Recently NoChex payments have not been going through automatically, apache has not been changed on the server, so I'm not sure why this has stopped working. Maybe something has changed with the callback? Anyone else having this problem? Nothing shows up in transaction log about the nochex payment.
  4. We have also had this message from google, not dkhosting but another company that uses whmcs with google, we emailed back etc and they keep saying what everyone else has been told. So we just left it, they haven't locked the funds and they haven't emailed us back. Is there not a way you can grap the details entered in googlecheckout and put it back into WHMCS?
  5. We also have had a number of fraud orders. This has helped against those chargebacks.
  6. I have just had a look, this is a great addon and will be installing it once the new version is stable
  7. I am also having the same problem, everything we have setup correctly and yet it doesn't mark it as paid (UK google checkout)
  8. Hi, were not running it and have had one order so far with googlecheckout (UK) followed the instuctions but no automated signup or invoice paid. In googlecheckout there is an option for xml or html, its set to html is this correct?
  9. Hmmm, I really want this feature and if you look in feature requests, loads of people do to. I wish they would get a move on and release proper api so you guys can start working on it.
  10. 1. It got sent to all staff and from our support email address with all the normal headers etc that would normally be sent from whmcs 2. Is only piped no other creations, and is setup in whmcs
  11. No it hasn't shown up, but the strange thing is I get emailed the message but it doesn't appear anywhere in whmcs
  12. Hi, I have had a few tickets that seem to not get the customers reply, I gather they are sending via email, but may have created the ticket via the system and then replied by email, the system records it as replied however when viewing the ticket as admin I do not see the clients reply, I do get emailed it, but it doesn't end up able to view it via the database.
  13. Theres no reason why you would want to create a ticket from the admin email, you wouldn't able to specify which client to open the ticket to. Therefore logging in whmcs you can create a ticket and choose which client to send it to.
