2.5 requests : A module to have "resellers" be capable of adding shared accounts in various locations (for example, US & UK). They could set the shared account's limits, just like they would in WHM, but it would be done with WHMCS only. They would not have WHM access. The second request, is a Hostopia type module. This would allow "resellers" to sign up their shared accounts from their own site, but it would be revenue sharing. My support team would support the end users under the reseller's brand. The reseller has no real access to anything except the billing system and being able to respond to requests himself/herself. We also collect the revenue and then share a %. Along with that second request, if it can't be done, a mini helpdesk the reseller can setup on their own site, that interacts with whmcs and "pipes" the tickets to us? I would appreciate PM's with timelines and offers. Note, these modules would not be allowed to be resold or used by anyone else. Full source code will need to be provided.

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right section.. But are there any comparable / functioning plugins to whmcs gold? The author's past actions don't seem very trustworthy, let alone allowing a third party root access to servers. So.. I was wondering if there are plugins out there that do the same job, but hopefully from more reputable sources.

I'm wondering if anyone had any experience with creating a whmcs frontend (like the cPanel ones floating around) with whmcs. I'd definitely be a buyer (if it included both shared and reseller integration). All in one is where it's at people!

I saw there is a Virtual HyperVM type module, so clients don't even need to login to hyperVM to manage eveything.. which is very cool. Is there a similar module for Kloxo (cluster)? If not, anyone know what the cost is to develop something like this for WHMCS?

With so many people using WHMCS today, and with so many modules out, it would be dumb of me not to use it. However, the goal is to be unique. Is it possible to integrate WHMCS, but change how the order form, client theme, etc, all look and feel? Enough so that they do not know it is WHMCS. How much do those types of integrations go for? Are they possible? Do modules look the same with any theme?

I'm also on the LXLabs forum and posted in one of your threads. If you can give an option in your module to change the port that it communicates with HyperVM on (so we can lock it down and have clients only do things from your module), I would appreciate that a lot.

Not sure if there is a right section for a request thread, but here goes : We need someone to fully integrate the following API's with WHMCS 3.6 (and above, if possible) : Softlayer API V3 HyperSpin BQBackup WHMCS (we resell WHMCS licenses, and it would be nice if this was automated.. if possible?) These really need to be fully integrated. No loose ends. As well, we have a full network of sites, and each one needs its own functionality / order form. Matt already assured me this was possible and is built-in, but we need someone to do the customization. Finally, not sure if this is possible, but we will be selling VOIP/Hosted PBX systems soon, and wondering if the WHMCS API can support additional billing for such systems. <<removed>>

I would need heavy customizations done on all 3 parts of WHMCS in terms of looks and functionality (kind of. Everything is an addon). Will I need WHMCS themselves to do it, or can someone do it all without having access to WHMCS' encrypted code? Just for an idea, we're talking about adding/removing links, overhauling the entire look and feel, etc..

There really needs to be a better solution than doing cartwheels in order to make it work properly. People see a "Pay Now" button, they click it, regardless of what their welcome email states.

There are many clients on Paypal subscriptions, who receive an invoice to pay. they pay and create yet another subscription. So now they have two subscriptions and double-charged for the same month. Is it possible for the invoices to not be payable, and say "RECORDS ONLY", in order to avoid tis situation of cancellation/refund/verification/waste of salaried time? My 2 accounting clerks are going insane with this issue. Basically, someone sets up a subscription. All is good. Next month, they get an invoice 7d ays prior to due date, and they pay it again, thus setting up another subscription. And this is where everything gets ugly. Can this be rectified?

From 3.4 forward (or it could be from CP10 > 11) When creating a reseller account, the ACL list + quotas (bandwidth/disk space) show up blank. I have to continuously login and set everything manually (even though the account does get created successfully). Is there anything that needs to be done? It was working great in 3.3.x

Oh, nice! It's great that the customer needs to approve it, but won't need to go through the hassle of re-creating it. Does WHMCS support this?

Thanks for the reply Matt. Any clue as to how Godaddy does it? Apart from them being a large company, they can now change the subscription payment, as long as they have customer approval, without having to go through their billing system again. Will that be at all possible with WHMCS, or does that reside in the fact they are a large company and Paypal just accepts it?
